Your responsibilities include offering cultural support, helping clinicians communicate health information in a culturally appropriate way, and explaining care and procedures in language that is accessible and respectful. You will liaise with community health centres to support continuity of care, coordinate transport arrangements, and advocate for the use of language interpreters when required. Acting as a cultural consultant, you will also support RMCLHN staff in delivering culturally appropriate services and ensuring Aboriginality is correctly acknowledged and recorded.
