What You'll Do:
* Carry out treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist
* Lead one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve residents' functional abilities
* Support residents with daily activities that enhance independence and confidence
* Document resident progress clearly and timely
* Communicate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure personalized care
* Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals and exercises
* Promote a respectful, welcoming, and safe environment
What You Bring:
* Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
* Active COTA license in the State of Ohio
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
* A passion for helping older adults achieve their goals
* Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care is a plus—but not required
