We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our busy and growing team. The role is primarily focused on accounts receivable, accounts payable and invoicing, with some sales support.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7.00am-4:30pm.
Saturdays - every fortnight. Working on Saturdays is offset by a day off during the week.
Full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing accounts receivable and payable functions
* Processing customer payments and allocating receipts
* Preparing, issuing invoices
* Acting as a point of contact for customer account enquiries
* Support to the sales team ie: responding to customer service queries and entering jobs in the sales system.
* Experience with accounting software for processing transactions and system entry
About you:
* Previous experience (minimum 1 year experience) in accounts receivable and payable essential
* High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Good understanding of accounting processes and systems
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Australian permanent residency required
