1. Exploring the resident's interests and developing their skills to improve lifestyle choices and motivate them to participate in individual and group activities, assessing their responses and recording on a regular basis
2. Observing and recording the effectiveness of the programs, by monitoring residents' ongoing progress and adjusting the programs to any developing needs.
3. Transporting residents (as requested and approved in Blue Care vehicles) on outings and attending to resident/client personal care needs as required.
