The role
Position: Cook (ANZSCO 351411)
Salary: $68,000-$72,000 + Superannuation
Location: Bowral NSW 2576
We are posting on behalf of our client "Lovesalento", is looking for a cook to join their growing team.
Duties
- Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- Preparing and cooking food
- Seasoning food during cooking
- Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
- Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
- Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
- Following directions from Chefs and Head Chef
- Cleaning and wiping down equipment and utensils when necessary to ensure hygiene within the kitchen
Qualifications
- Relevant Qualification
- Relevant experience (minimum 2 years experience)
- Relevant skills pertain able to this role
- Weekend availability
- Experience: Cooking: 2 years (preferred)
Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
