Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New ZealandIn the role of Business Banking Manager, you will join the Business Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together.Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:Personally develop and manage a portfolio of key BFS customers and Referral partners.Identify new business and referral opportunities & establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement of income targets.Assess economic value and risk potential of new business.Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.Sales - Implement specific local competitive and aggressive sales/ income campaigns and initiatives. & sell and promote tailored Bank products and services within Bank parametersDevelop and improve professional excellence through management of individual and team’s performanceWe’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:Likely to be an experienced retail/business banker with a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification (generally CA, PY, ACCA, MBA, CIB)Experience within business banking and/or credit assessmentProven experience providing financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions and risk management for customers with Business Lending and Business Deposits.Highlighting significant emphasis on customer growth, lending, credit assessment and control experience required.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
