We are seeking experienced Case Managers & Case Management Associates to join our team in supporting the relocation of Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and their families across Australia.
About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that relocating ADF members and their families have a positive experience by being the single point of contact for relocation services.
* Develop and maintain relationships with relocating ADF members and their families to ensure they receive superior customer service.
* Administer Defence relocation policy and entitlements to ensure benefits and entitlements align with policy and client key performance indicators.
* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the relocation process by coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
* Manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
* Maintain accurate records of relocation activities and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong caseworker or related experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
