The Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of contracts across multiple client sites. This involves leading site teams and ensuring workforce readiness, rostering, and operational efficiency.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships at operational and senior levels
* Ensure contracts are delivered in line with key performance indicators, compliance, and safety standards
* Manage contract performance, including financial oversight (profit and loss, cost control, invoicing)
About You

* 5+ years' experience managing service contracts in the mining, oil & gas or heavy industry sectors
* Proven experience managing multi-site operations or critical infrastructure delivery
* Strong commercial acumen – profit and loss ownership, variation management, and contract compliance
