We have a permanent part‑time position available within our Home and Community Support Services team, providing in‑home personal care to clients across Melbourne’s inner‑northern suburbs. This includes travelling to areas such as Fitzroy, Collingwood, East Melbourne, Abbotsford, Carlton North, Brunswick, and surrounding suburbs. The role is four days per week (Monday to Friday), with shifts scheduled between 8:30am and 4:00pm.
About the role
Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:
* Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
* Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
* Engaging in social activities as required.
* Domestic assistance / housework.

What do we need from you?
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Own vehicle
* Australian Driver licence
* First Aid & CPR
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
* Up to date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
* Experience in care role highly regarded
