Branch Manager - Tatura
A vacancy exists for an experienced manager interested in the Rural Sector to manage our Tatura store in Northeast Victoria. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a major player in the Rural Merchandise Industry with 10 stores in NE Victoria.
This is a key leadership position with responsibility for the profitability of the Tatura Branch with the objective of maximising returns to the group. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations you will be responsible for the development of the Tatura branch and its staff. You will need to have an outstanding record in the retail of rural products, a passion for customer service and sales, excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of procurement, with a personality that allows you to build great relationships with our customers, our field services team and your staff.
Extensive product knowledge in any of the following key sales areas of Ag chemicals, pasture seeds, animal health and nutrition and plant nutrition with be an advantage.
