Executive chef Jordan Toft’s coastal European menu offers something for every occasion. Guests can enjoy a light meal from the bar menu or dine in our restaurant. Bert’s seasonally changing menu includes oysters, caviar, dressed crab, or crudo. For mains, guests can choose live lobster from the tank, whole fish, beef, poultry, or pork, prepared either in the charcoal oven or over Basque grills.
The extensive wine list is curated by Group Beverage Manager Franck Moreau MS, complemented by a cocktail list featuring our take on the classics.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will continually seek ways to improve, introduce ideas and initiatives, and motivate the venue towards success.
