* This is a full-time Lead Educator role at 38 hours per week. We can consider 4 days per week.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience working in early childhood services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality education programs.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and contributing to the development of educational policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
