Bambini Early Learning Brighton is seeking a confident and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Funded Kindergarten program on a full-time, fixed-term basis while we support a valued team member on maternity leave from July 2026 to January 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity to mentor a dedicated team of educators and champion high-quality pedagogical practice grounded in approved learning frameworks, Bambini's values, and the Reggio Emilia approach.

About You
You're an experienced and motivated Early Childhood Teacher who brings passion, purpose, and a deep respect for children and their rights. You're ready to lead, inspire, and contribute meaningfully to our high-quality program.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* VIT Registration (Full or Provisional)
* Demonstrated experience in a similar Early Learning environment
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
* A proactive, reflective and team‐oriented mindset
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
* Current National Police Check
