We are currently seeking an experienced aged care Registered Nurse to join and lead our care team in our aged care residence located in Coffs Harbour.
This is an incredible leadership position, where you will advise and assist care staff to provide the best care, tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents.
The role reports to the Care Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring high-quality care is delivered to residents in a leadership role.Supervising and assisting other care employees.Building and fostering partnerships with residents, respecting their dignity, and focusing on their health and wellbeing.Working within a supportive team to coordinate and deliver care.Providing complex clinical care, including wound dressing, medication administration, condition assessments, and referrals.Entering reports and observations into the computer program â iCare.Evaluating and maintaining care plans to meet residents' changing needs.What we look for: Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aged Care.Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable).Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and ANACC will be highly regarded.Current First Aid Certificate.Current flu and COVID vaccinations.Eligibility to work in Australia.What's on offer: Work for one of the best providers in the aged care sector.Attractive hourly rates, conditions, and salary sacrifice options.A friendly and supportive manager, culture, and team.Opportunities to develop and advance your career.Join us in our journey—apply now via the link below.
