Financial Operations Specialist
As a skilled Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
* Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
* Maintain and monitor job costing and project tracking, ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple construction projects.
* Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, taxation requirements, and internal controls.
* Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and banking partners.
* Work closely with Project Managers and Site Teams to understand project performance and cost drivers.
* Implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost control.
