Casual Behaviour Therapist — Geelong, VIC.
Flexible schedule available.
Approximate pay: $35 per hour (plus superannuation and travel compensation for eligible roles).
What you’ll do
- Provide one-on-one behaviour therapy to young learners in homes and education settings (daycare, kindergarten, and primary school) under the guidance of a Certified Behaviour Analyst (CBA).
- Receive personalised in-house training and tailored mentoring; access ongoing supervision for those pursuing a career in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
What we’re looking for
- A fun personality and positive outlook; a genuine desire to empower neurodiverse children.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (travel between clients is required).
- Availability to work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to start, with the potential for additional shifts; operation occurs Mondays–Saturdays.
- Highly preferred but not essential: completion of, or current enrolment in, a degree in psychology, education, or health sciences.

- Current Employee Working with Children Check.
- Current approved Education and Care Setting First Aid qualification or provide First Aid plus Anaphylaxis Management and Asthma training.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
