We are currently looking for a Management Trainee to join us in our Morayfield Store in a Full-time capacity.
**About the role**
- Lead by example when dealing with customer, peers and external stakeholders
- Under guidance from the Store Manager ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by staff members
- Help develop, guide, and motivate a capable team of store staff of the highest quality and standard
- Drive productivity to increase store performance and grow our loyal existing customer base; and
- Creative stock merchandising and pricing to keep up with changing markets.
**About you**
- You'll have previous exposure in a similar leadership role ideally in a retail environment
- Be experienced in working with and meeting KPIs and the ability to multi-task
- Have a passion or interest in Technology, Gaming, Financial Services, Jewellery, Collectables, Power Tools etc. (the list goes on)
- Inspire and promote great customer service within your team
- Able to adapt and thrive in a diverse market; and
- Desire to continue to develop your skills to ensure the efficiency and profitability of your store.
