Flexi Renovations is a Perth-based renovation company specialising in high-quality, custom cabinetry solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, home offices and living spaces. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, attention to detail and delivering functional, well-finished outcomes for residential clients.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer / Cabinet Maker to join our installation team on a full-time basis, with overtime available.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on the installation and fit-out of custom cabinetry across residential renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Interpreting technical drawings, plans and installation specifications
* Installing custom cabinetry including kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, storage and built-in units
* Assembling and fitting cabinets, panels, shelving, drawer systems and hardware
* Ensuring accurate installation, alignment and finishing to a high standard
* Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Maintaining a clean and organised work site
* Working collaboratively with project managers and trades to meet timelines
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Cabinet Installer
* Strong ability to read and interpret cabinetry drawings and measurements
* High level of workmanship and attention to detail
* Knowledge of cabinetry materials, fixings and installation techniques
* Ability to work full time with flexibility for overtime
* Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Desirable:
* Experience in residential renovation projects
* Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery or a related field
* Current driver's licence and own tools
