Overview
Associate Nurse Unit Manager - After Hours Coordinator – Part time, 16 hours per fortnight, 7-day roster. Location: Barossa. Category: Nursing/Midwifery. Salary: RN/M2A $107,487 - $114,917 p.a (pro rata) plus Superannuation, Leave Loading and Salary Sacrifice Benefits.

Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred nursing/midwifery care and oversee care delivery across the facility after hours.
* Coordinate staffing and respond to changes in workforce levels and patient acuity.
* Support the Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager with ward and service management activities.
* Act as a resource and leader for staff, supporting clinical decision‐making and problem solving.
* Contribute to education, clinical teaching and the development of less experienced staff.
Qualifications & Experience
* Registered nurse or midwife with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for registration; current practicing certificate as applicable.
* Experience in leadership and coordination, with strong decision-making and critical thinking in rapidly changing environments.
* Ability to coordinate staffing and respond to changes in patient activity and workforce needs.
