Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities
* Develop short-term work plans, collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
* Monitor project progress, maintaining schedules and programs to meet contractual requirements.
* Review task financial outcomes, oversee monthly budgeting, and implement cost controls to optimise project targets.
* Provide daily support and feedback to field operations, ensuring high-quality project delivery against company performance criteria.
* Supervise contract administration, collaborate in subcontractor and supplier negotiations, and control contracts.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role within the civil construction industry, demonstrating productivity, cost control skills, and prior forecasting expertise.
* Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and suppliers for site works, attending scope of work assignments, and delivering work according to project schedules.
* Preparation of short-term (4 weekly or as directed) work plans, providing input into project schedules, status of works, and reporting requirements.
* Experience in coordinating or running team meetings, pre-start briefings, site inductions, and commitment to HSEQ practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills enabling resolution of client and stakeholder concerns.
* Experience guiding and leading other engineers.
* Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree.
