We are looking for a critical thinker finance professional for a newly created role based in Melbourne — if you have a passion for financial analysis and an interest in the property and construction space, this is a great chance to get hands-on, work for sophisticated clients and play a big part in growing our footprint in the market.


What you will do

You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of due diligence projects and driving business development, with key responsibilities including:

* Identify risks, analyse historical and forecast financial performance, understand trends.
* Assess statutory compliance and financial capacity for specific projects.
* Prepare and present clear, actionable recommendations to clients.
* Identify new business opportunities and support business strategies.
* Develop new service offerings.
* Bring a point of view to client meetings and industry forums.


Leadership & team management

* Mentor junior team members and manage multiple engagements.
* Pro-active and engaging, ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.


What we are looking for

* 4+ years' experience in finance or accounting.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and efficiency.
* Strong technical and AI literacy.
* Experience in leading or managing staff.
* Bonus: Knowledge of or experience in the property and construction industry.
* Contribute to meaningful projects with real impact in property and construction.
* Shape a growing business with your leadership and insights.
* Work in a supportive environment that values initiative and innovation.
* National exposure with a Melbourne base.
