We are seeking a seasoned Manager of Digital Integration Services to oversee the secure operation, maintenance, and support of our cutting-edge digital intelligence services. Your expertise in managing secure operation, maintenance, and management of technical solutions and services will be invaluable in driving our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the secure operation, maintenance, and management of database solutions and services, including SAP HANA, Oracle Exadata, and MS SQL.
* Provide key inputs to the functional strategic roadmap, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals and fosters innovation across all digital initiatives.
* Ensure service levels, health, and resilience for database, middleware, analytics, integration, and big data services are met through continuous monitoring and management.
* Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to ensure effective service delivery and problem-solving.
* Drive and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives to foster continuous improvement and service excellence.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Technology/Business/Engineering or relevant equivalent industry experience.
* Extensive demonstrated experience in Information Technology.
* Proven ability in managing secure operation, maintenance and management intelligence solutions and services.
* Proven experience in managing and leading large teams and setting direction.
* Deep expertise in the secure operation, maintenance and management of technical solutions and services.
* Strong knowledge of Digital Infrastructure, Digital Security & Communications, Digital Performance, Digital Experience, Software & Product operations maintenance and management.
* Strong relationship, stakeholder engagement and conflict management skills.
