Job Overview
The Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring inventory excellence, driving operational efficiency and contributing to a high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control.
* Lead frontline inventory operations including stock counts, discrepancy investigations and put-away processes.
* Coordinate inventory adjustments, material transfers and disposal reports.
* Champion inventory management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including engineering and maintenance teams.
* Support SAP inventory transactions and challenge testing for team proficiency.
* Participate in formal stocktakes, audits and aging staging projects.
* Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a SaIF (Safe and Incident Free) culture.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' team leadership or supervisory experience.
* Strong background in industrial warehousing and inventory control.
* Experience with large-scale WMS/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially around Excel.
* Understanding of batch management and integrated management systems.
* Certificate III in Warehouse Operations.
* Forklift Licence.
