Leading a team of experts, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective change management strategies.
The successful candidate will have the ability to navigate complex change programs and projects, with changes involving multiple stakeholders spanning executive sponsors, senior leaders as well as impacted groups across and external to the agency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing tailored, fit-for-purpose change management plans and implementing strategies for enterprise-wide change initiatives
* Developing and delivering effective engagement and communication products
* Actively consulting and engaging with executive sponsors and leaders to identify and mitigate potential people risks for change
* Developing a sound understanding of the agency's digital transformation goals and leading communication activities to provide strategic change management advice to program leads
* Influencing and persuading Business Unit leaders and influencers to recognise the need for change in initiating innovative solutions/proposals and liaising with, and influencing, related professions to develop practices, which support the Business Unit
A key aspect of this role is ensuring all change activities are completed within set timeframes, and quality requirements are maintained by status monitoring and regular reporting to appropriate governance levels.
