We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer focused barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing high quality coffee and beverages in a fast paced environment. You will also be providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Preparing high quality coffee and beverages with speed and consistency
* Confidently operating espresso machine and grinders
* Manage high volume coffee orders during peak periods
* Deliver friendly and professional customer service
* Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station at all times
* Assist with opening and closing procedures
Skills and experience
* Minimum 2 years barista experience
* Strong milk texture and latte art skills
* Calm under pressure with a strong work ethic and able to work in a high volume cafe environment
