Sales Leadership Opportunity
Are you a results-driven sales management professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting leadership opportunity for you to lead Sales for core Metricon brands Home Solution & Town Living.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative individual who enjoys showing initiative and leading a team in the volume housing industry or established real estate. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, operating at both strategic and operational levels to develop and implement sales strategies, and managing a talented sales force.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets for core Metricon brands - Home Solution & Town Living
* Operate at both strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while implementing training to support growth and key brands in the industry within identified markets
* Achieve monthly/annual budgets for leads, appointments, deposits and contract signings
* Complete reporting as per business requirements
* Manage and motivate a talented sales force and assist in the training of support staff
* Report promptly on all competitor activity and implement appropriate actions to support sales strategies; and
* Implement strong sales strategies within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs, and develop a highly competent and professional team
The successful candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in a senior Sales Management position, experience in Volume Housing or Established Real Estate preferred
* Significant experience in managing a full P&L
* Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, business unit revenue and business KPIs
* A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
* A proven track record in people management and leading and mentoring a workforce
* Ability to implement continuous improvement within identified markets
* An Energetic and memorable approach, with experience in motivating a sales team and stimulating a referral network; and
* A Great Attitude
