**About this Role** ****At **Busy Bees at Scarborough**, we are seeking a dedicated **Full-Time Lead Educator** to join our Supportive, Friendly team.In this role, you will:* Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environments.
* Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with **EYLF** and National Quality Standards.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality care.
* Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families.
**What You'll Need** ***** Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
* Current WA **Working with Children Check (Employee)**.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
* A genuine passion for early childhood learning.
