The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and relationship-focused Account Executive. As Account Executives ourselves, we respect this senior and pivotal role, and will support you to shape it using your knowledge and skills. You will have genuine collaboration with directors and insurance partners on client strategy and decision-making.
Our Account Executives take ownership of client portfolios, pursue new opportunities and deliver tailored insurance solutions that drive client outcomes.
You'll be trusted to autonomously manage your clients, supported when things get busy, and backed by directors who are genuinely invested in the success of our team and our clients.

Your Day-to-Day
In this role you will manage renewals, prepare and present insurance proposals, respond to client and insurer enquiries, support claims management and maintain accurate system records. You will have the autonomy to do so in a way that engages genuinely with the client and fosters a long-term relationship.
You will engage with clients regularly, ensuring their insurance needs are met with clarity and care, and proactively contribute to business development initiatives. Your work directly supports the personalised, real-world insurance advice that our clients rely on.
What You'll Bring
You'll bring confidence and experience ready to make this role and your client base your own. You'll have strong communication and organisational skills, a client-first mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in insurance broking, risk assessment and client servicing is highly desirable, along with relevant industry accreditations (e.g., RG146). You should be proactive, adaptable and confident building relationships with clients and insurers alike.
Pay & Conditions
We offer a competitive salary in the range of $100,000-$150,000 based on experience. We are not a one-fits-all employer and are flexible on the structure, scope and support for the role as long as we have the right fit on both sides.
In addition to a generous base salary and superannuation, we offer performance-linked incentives, salary reviews as you progress and ongoing professional development support.
