We're on the lookout for a creative, tech-savvy Internal Communications Advisor - Content and Channels to help bring our strategy to life across our corporate portfolio. In this role you'll craft bold, scroll-stopping content that cuts through the noise and connects with our busy teams and leaders. From newsletters and intranet to digital signage and social media, you'll keep our comms channels flying smoothly and messages landing where they need to. As a curious, quick thinker, you'll take pride in trying something new, being an early adopter of new technology and embracing the new opportunities that come with AI.
We're searching for someone who:
- Knows their way around comms and has experience bringing content to life in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Works closely with all levels of an organisation and knows how to turn business priorities into engaging stories
- Brings exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and tailor messages
- Can juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and keep stakeholders smiling along the way
- Has a sharp eye for design, storytelling and what makes content pop across different channels
- Understands how to connect comms to business strategy and drive employee engagement
- Can spot a trend, champion best practice, and isn't afraid to push creative boundaries

We're Jetstar. You may know us for our famous low fares, but did you also know that we've flown more than 400 million customers since we launched in Australia in 2004? In fact, each week we operate around 3,000 flights to nearly 40 destinations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Pacific.
