ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for leading the delivery of multiple civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong quality and compliance standards. The position involves overseeing site teams, coordinating project operations, managing resources, and working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. It also focuses on driving productivity, mentoring project teams, and improving operational processes to support successful project outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and coordinate multiple civil construction projects to ensure safe, on time and on budget delivery.
Oversee site teams, project managers and supervisors to maintain performance, quality and productivity.
Manage project planning, resourcing, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
Monitor budgets, forecasting, reporting and overall project financial performance.
Maintain strong client, stakeholder and authority relationships to support smooth project delivery.
Drive safety, compliance, continuous improvement and team capability development.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
Strong leadership and team management across multiple construction sites
Solid understanding of civil construction methods, drawings and specifications.
Financial and commercial acumen including cost tracking, forecasting and reporting.
Stakeholder engagement skills with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
Strong knowledge of safety, quality and environmental compliance standards.
Effective planning, organisational and problem-solving capability to manage concurrent projects.
