The Role: Senior IT Support Technician Coordinator
As a Senior IT Support Technician Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring our clients' systems run seamlessly while safeguarding their digital environments. This full-time, onsite role in our Tullamarine office is designed for a highly experienced professional ready to take charge, manage teams, and drive projects forward. Starting with hands-on involvement in the IT Support helpdesk (levels 1 to 3), you'll progress to coordinating IT support and projects, with opportunities for a management placement for the right candidate.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver outstanding IT support and troubleshooting at our office and directly at clients\' locations across a range of industries, spanning helpdesk levels 1 to 3.
* Manage support teams to ensure efficient resolution of client issues and high service standards for clients worldwide.
* Oversee and manage IT projects, optimizing cloud-hosted infrastructure, networking, and security.
* Collaborate with clients onsite and remotely to design and implement tailored technology solutions.
* Be the trusted advisor for clients, solving complex technical challenges with ease.
* Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our clients' systems secure, efficient, and future-ready.
About You
We're looking for a tech-savvy leader and problem-solver with:
* 10+ years of proven experience in an MSP environment.
* Demonstrated experience managing support teams and projects.
* Expertise in MS 365 administration, CSP licensing, HaloPSA PSA tools, and N-Central RMM.
* Extensive experience with cloud-hosted infrastructure.
* Cloud-based security training is essential.
* Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
* A strong track record in troubleshooting diverse hardware and software challenges.
* Exceptional time management, punctuality, and customer service skills.
* Certifications like Microsoft, 3CX, or AWS (a big plus).
* Stellar communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration with clients and team members across the globe.
What We Need From You:
* Driver's License: Must have a current driver's license and your own car for commuting.
* Proximity to Tullamarine: Live within an hour's travel from our Tullamarine office to ensure timely support.
* Police Check: Undertake a full police check for client and workplace security.
* Permanent Work Rights: Only applicants with permanent working rights in Australia will be considered.
