The Opportunity
We have partnered with a global software business on their search for an experienced investment banker to join their Corporate Development team, on a 6-month fixed contract.
The role has strong potential to be made permanent and can be either Sydney or Melbourne based.
Key Responsibilities Lead and execute M&A activity across the region, from origination through to completion;
partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to drive strategic growth initiatives;
provide senior-level insight and support on transaction strategy, valuation, and structuring;
manage complex stakeholder relationships across geographies and time zones;
deliver against clearly defined transaction and execution milestones within the contract period.
About You
You have a minimum of 7 / 8 years' investment banking M&A experience, coming from an investment
