This key role is all about driving safe, efficient field operations while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Do
* Lead and support a team of ~10+ Field Service Technicians.
* Coordinate daily field operations, workflow, and resourcing.
* Manage WIP, service reporting, and quality outcomes.
* Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
* Champion safety, continuous improvement, and team development.

What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience leading technical teams.
* Strong customer focus and communication skills.
* Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (preferred).
* Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
* Komatsu equipment experience (highly regarded).
