Responsibilities
* Own the full acquisition process — sourcing, analysing, negotiating, and delivering deals that align with client goals
* Ensure quality and strategy alignment — every deal must meet high benchmarks across financials and long-term objectives
* Mentor and support others — share frameworks, insights, and feedback with junior team members
* Tackle complex challenges — from vendor negotiations to due diligence hurdles
* Improve systems and processes — help evolve how the team thinks and works
Qualifications
* A seasoned buyer's agent with significant deal experience — ideally hundreds under your belt
* An active investor who understands client mindsets, risks, and opportunities firsthand
* A steady, strategic thinker — calm under pressure and decisive when it counts
* A collaborative leader — people naturally turn to you for guidance and clarity
* A commercially minded operator — you anticipate the market, not just react to it
* A process-driven professional — who values quality, accuracy, and consistency

* Quantitative KPIs:
* Average CMA delivery time under 45 minutes
