Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Melbourne
Job specification
Working on the development and maintenance of industry leading Superannuation software - Acurity and SuperConnector
Help engineering squad meet its development goals, which involve producing high-quality releases
Undertake detailed testing activities using system, integration, regression, environment and other testing disciplines
Frame test plans, review those written by peers and influence the development of these products
Have the opportunity to guide efforts to improve the coverage of the automated testing suite
Skills Required
3 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance role
Understanding of the Superannuation industry and fund administration processes
Solid verbal and written communication, with ability to convert business requirements into test plans
Experience in testing web applications and APIs
Understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries
Experience using SDLC tools such as Git and Jira
Familiarity with Superannuation registry software, especially Acurity, is advantageous
Experience building Clearing House or Superstream Gateway software is advantageous
Experience using test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, TestComplete, Postman and SoapUI is advantageous
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new ways of collaborative working
