Regulatory Leadership Opportunity
Evaluate applications for registering agricultural products, leveraging your expertise and technical knowledge.
* Coordinate product application workflows within legislative timeframes.
* Work with stakeholders to ensure scientifically-based regulatory decisions.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders considering risks and requirements for public health, work safety, animal safety, efficacy, trade risks, and environmental safety.
Prioritize tasks, manage teams, develop capabilities, review processes, and maintain knowledge. Exercise delegated powers for evaluation, registration, variation, and label approval.
* Experience in the agricultural chemical regulatory sector or equivalent in Australia.
* Understanding of risk assessment and risk management principles.
* Ability to interpret data, scientific reports, policies, and procedures within a regulatory framework.
* Sound judgment, attention to detail, and decision-making based on science and risk analysis.
* High-level leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant tertiary qualification or experience.
