Plant Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This key leadership role oversees operations at our Forrestfield and Bibra Lake sites, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee safety protocols for the plant.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team.
* Oversight of plant capabilities and efficiency.
* Ensure Food Safety & Quality Management compliance.
* Prepare and manage budgets for the plant.
* Maintain strong professional relationships with domestic customers.
* Promote effective management reporting practices.
Requirements
* A proven track record in plant management within a process manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated knowledge of malt and malting processes or food sector experience.
* Experience in budgeting and financial management.
* Familiarity with FSSC22000, ISO 14001 HACCP, OH&S & environmental systems.
* Strong communication and delegation skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* High adaptability and capacity for change.
* Effective leadership skills with emotional intelligence.
* Proficiency in computer literacy with ERP (SAP) exposure.
