Our purpose is to help Australians to protect themselves and their loved ones, while saving money. We are expanding our teams and are looking for phone-based Life Insurance Sales Consultants to join us in our Brisbane 
***office.
**About the role** 
- Join one of the largest life insurance aggregators operating in Australia. 
- Our Life Insurance Brokers have access to a panel of the 10 major insurers in Australia and contact warm leads over the phone to provide a comparison service. 
- The role requires a very high level of sales acumen, you will be expected to focus on key daily sales metrics / targets to provide the best possible sales outcome for every lead. 
- You will be calling and talking to everyday Australians, with the conversation being about protecting their family's assets. The sales process is mature and requires a high-level discipline to execute, you will require the ability to hold a very emotional adult conversation and the ability to show empathy and compassion on the call. 
- We provide an uncapped commission structure and prospects are provided in real-time. 
- We invest heavily in the training and development of our team and operate an internal progression plan, ensuring that you can grow your earning potential based on performance. 
- We support your RG146 certification. 
- Salary opportunities for the role is $100K++ OTE. 
- This is a full time, office based role with hybrid work options after probation. 
- You will sell giving general advice only and maintain a high compliance standard.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Self-motivated and driven by targets. 
- **Previous Life Insurance Experience is a must!**:
- Pipeline sales experience. 
- Passionate, supportive, and ambitious team player determined to succeed. 
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. 
- A strong desire to learn and build a career. 
- 'Can do, will do' attitude with a high level of integrity. 
- Previous tele sales / outbound contact centre sales experience.
