The Role
As aJunior Media Buyer (Paid Social), you'll help scale Heidi's global reach by executing, monitoring, and optimising paid social campaigns that introduce clinicians and healthcare leaders to Heidi.
You'll work within theAcquisition team, focusing onperformance data, campaign optimisation, and measurement.
This is a role for someone who loves the numbers — tracking results, spotting trends, and using data to drive decisions across multiple markets.
You'll partner closely with Heidi'sData Analytics teamto ensure accurate tracking, clean attribution, and clear performance insights.
Your day-to-day will revolve around campaign setup, data analysis, reporting, and continuous optimisation acrossMeta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow into a world-class performance marketer.
What you'll do
Launch, manage, and optimisepaid social campaignsacrossMeta, TikTok, and LinkedInacross multiple markets
Monitor performance metrics daily and make data-driven adjustments to budgets, bids, and targeting
Partner with theData Analytics teamto maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and dashboards
Develop and maintainweekly and monthly performance reportshighlighting key trends and learnings
Collaborate with thePaid Social Leadto identify new growth opportunities and audience insights
Conduct deep dives intocampaign datato understand what's working — and what's not
Stay up to date withplatform changes, algorithm shifts, and paid media best practices
Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend across campaigns and markets
Contribute to A/B testing strategies, analysing the impact of ad formats, placements, and landing pages
What we're looking for
1–2 years of experience inpaid social campaign management(internship, agency, or in-house experience welcome)
Proficiency withMeta Ads Managerand familiarity withTikTok Ads Manager
Strong analytical skills and comfort withdata, spreadsheets, and performance reporting
Understanding ofcore paid metrics(CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CPM) and how to interpret them
Experience collaborating withdata or analytics teamson tracking, tagging, and attribution
A curiosity for learning how creative and audience strategies impact performance outcomes
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
[Bonus] Experience with third party ad upload tools i.e. Kitchn.io
[Bonus] Experience with social media comment moderation
