Your opportunity: As our valued Procurement Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimising our procurement processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing supplier relationships. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be critical in supporting our operational efficiency. You'll make impact by: Generating and analyse procurement reports, identifying risks, cost-saving opportunities and trends. Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to support the Procurement Team's decision-making. Developing and updating visual dashboards to provide real-time insights into procurement performance. Assisting in vendor on/off-boarding, contract creation, due diligence, and ongoing maintenance of vendor master data. Managing and prioritising incoming communications and inquiries related to procurement. Supporting ongoing procurement initiatives and assist in policy and process development. Collaborating with internal and external auditors to address procurement-related audit matters. Ensuring vendor compliance with contracts and the third-party risk management framework and engage in risk mitigation activities. Continuously seeking opportunities to streamline and improve procurement processes What you’ll bring: Commercial Degree qualified or equivalent Telecommunications experience Proven experience in procurement analysis. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures is desirable. Basic understanding of commercial contract terms and structures will be well regarded. What's in it for you?
