The ideal candidate will possess:

* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading workforce planning teams in a complex, regulated, or high-volume setting

* Strong skills in workforce analytics and reporting

* Proficiency with tools such as Emplive, Kronos, UKG, SAP, Quinyx, or similar

* Solid understanding of relevant awards, compliance obligations, and rostering legislation
