About the business and the role
Advance Clean and Seal Pty Ltd is a leading Bitumen Spraying and Road Construction company based in Dardanup West, sealing and maintaining roads across the South West and Great Southern regions.
We're expanding our crew and looking for enthusiastic Trainee Road Construction Labourers and Trainee Roller Drivers to kickstart their careers in civil construction. If you're motivated, reliable, and ready to learn, this is your chance to step into a long‑term trade with immediate start opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
* Work alongside experienced supervisors to learn bitumen sealing from the ground up as a Road Construction Labourer.
* Train in roller operations, with the opportunity to progress.
* Assist with machine care and maintenance, ensuring equipment is kept in top condition.
* Complete times, daily dockets and plant checks accurately each day.
* Support the team with general administration and record keeping.
* Travel across the South West and Great Southern (some overnight stays required – not FIFO).
* Be energetic, positive, and ready to take on challenges.
* Be willing to work flexible hours, including early starts and long days (8–13 hours).
* Possess strong communication skills and commitment to safety standards.
* Have mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
* Be physically fit and able to pass a pre‑employment medical, drug, and alcohol screen.
Qualifications
* White Card
* Current Driver's Licence (minimum C with willingness to upgrade to HR for roller operations)
* National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
* Be part of a supportive, hands‑on team where training and career progression are encouraged.
