Services Project Manager – Building Automation
We are looking for a Project Manager to join Honeywell's Building Automation and Services organization team in Adelaide. You will lead the delivery of Security, BMS, Software and Fire projects, including Government and Defence work, managing multiple projects simultaneously across South Australia and the NT. This is a hands‐on delivery role requiring regular on‐site engagement to meet customer and Defence requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* End‐to‐end management of service and minor works projects
* Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and financial forecasting
* Contractor and supplier management, procurement, and compliance
* Risk identification and mitigation
* Site inspections and quality assurance
* Stakeholder communication and reporting
* Adherence to HSE, company policies and Australian Standards
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in project management
* Experience in construction, security, BMS or M&E contracting
* Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Australian Citizenship (must be eligible to hold an Australian Government security clearance, NV1 classification)
Preferred Qualifications
* Defence or Government project experience
* NV1 clearance (or eligibility)
* Engineering qualification
* PMP Certification
