Due to internal movement, a role has become available for a Work Health and Safety officer to support the NSW business. Providing support and advice to a broad range of stakeholders across different sites to manage workers' compensation and injuries.
**About the role**
This is a fast paced and dynamic environment that requires an Office Administrator to assist with administration support within the work health and safety team.
- Managing payroll for up to 15+ individuals
- Processing invoices for payment
- Lodgment of work-related claims including end to end claim management
- Maintain current incident, injury and hazard reporting
- Follow up on return to work certificates, medical certificates and documentation
**About you**
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft excel
- Available to start ASAP
- Drivers Licence and car ESSENTIAL - no public transport access to site
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
