Mobile Concreting Solutions is an industry leader in the manufacture and supply of construction materials in Northwest and Midwest Australia. Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Quarry Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will suit someone looking for a fly in, fly out roster.
As the Quarry Manager, you will be responsible for effective organisation and operation of people, processes, and equipment to enable sustainable delivery of targets, for safety, productivity, and cost, in alignment with the business plan.
About the Role
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Prepare production forecasts for efficient resource allocation and delivery of products
* Liaise with clients to understand and meet customer requirements
* Participate in recruitment, development, and promotion of employees
* Maintain a safe and healthy working environment and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems
* Compile and submit monthly reports to keep stakeholders informed of operation's performance
* Ensure that the production of materials meets relevant quality standards
* Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety legislation
About You
Along with your strong work ethic you'll have:
* A Quarry Manager Certificate in line with new legislation; SSE Qualification will be beneficial
* Construction White Card
* Valid C (full) class driver's license
