Executive Assistant role - Fashion & Retail

We're partnering with a highly regarded fashion brand to recruit a full-time, permanent EA / Business Support professional to support senior leadership and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to be part of a growing, design-led organisation.
The Role
Working closely with senior leaders, you will:
* Provide high-level executive and administrative support
* Manage diaries, meetings, travel, and inboxes
* Coordinate across teams including design, production, marketing, and operations
* Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation
* Support business operations and ad-hoc projects
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
About You
You're someone who:
* Has proven experience as an EA or PA
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative, or consumer-led environment
* Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Communicates confidently and professionally
* Is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
Experience within fashion, retail, e-commerce, or a creative industry will be highly regarded.
