Job Description
* Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and coordinating interviews.
* Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
* Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting requirements.
* Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff.
* Support workplace health and safety initiatives as needed.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* A background in administration, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
* Strong interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR.
* Experience in recruitment or HR administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* A commitment to supporting community-focused initiative.
* Experience with Humanforce
* Aboriginals or Torres Strait Islanders are highly encouraged to apply.
