Job Description 
- Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and coordinating interviews. 
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new team members. 
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to reporting requirements. 
- Coordinate training and development opportunities for staff. 
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives as needed. 
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes. 
The Successful Applicant 
A successful HR Administrator should have: 
- A background in administration, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. 
- Robust interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR. 
- Experience in recruitment or HR administration. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. 
- A commitment to supporting community-focused initiative. 
- Experience with Humanforce 
- Aboriginals or Torres Strait Islanders are highly encouraged to apply.
