Due to increased demand, they are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. About the Role This is a great opportunity for a customer service professional who enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You’ll provide daily support to customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order and delivery processes. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer emails and providing delivery ETAs Chasing POD (Proof of Delivery) dockets Handling low-volume inbound calls Assisting with basic accounts (debits & credits) Reviewing invoices Updating customer and order details in SAP Using basic Excel for tracking and reporting Supporting general administration tasks About You Previous experience in customer service or office administration Confident with emails, phone calls, and basic accounts processes Basic SAP (or similar system) experience Basic Excel skills Strong communication and attention to detail Able to work Monday to Friday, on-site How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
