We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operatives to be based at Robina Town Centre on a Full‑Time, Part‑Time and Casual basis.

The Position
Trident's integrated services team at Robina Town Centre delivers the customer service, security, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance programmes. As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers – in office or roaming the centre at various information boards
* Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries
* Issuing Robina Town Centre gift vouchers
* Issuing mobility aids for use in the centre
* Liaising with centre management and tenants
* Assisting centre management in marketing and other centre initiatives
Skills and Experience
You will have:
* Excellent personal presentation
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
