Subway Hillbank – Store Manager
We are looking for someone who is fully responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store. You will report to the Area Manager on a regular basis and work closely with them to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
About The Role
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the store upholds our high standards, which lead to a outstanding guest experience every time. You will be dedicated to seeing the store succeed and ensure both our guests and your team are met with a positive experience.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and efficiently manage day‑to‑day tasks of the store
- Provide a great training experience for onboarding team members
- Monitor stock levels and product wastage
- Manage deliveries
- Ensure health‑and‑safety standards are upheld in the store
- Rostering
- Develop plans to drive sales and improve customer experience
Skills And Experience
- Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to change
- Great communication skills
- Ability to lead a team environment
- Organisational skills and the ability to efficiently manage tasks
